American Outsider: Jack Black, 1881-1932(?)
Canadian-born, Missouri-bred, petty crook, rail-rider, grifter,cat burgler, jail-breaker, yegg brother, author of "You Can't Win"( If you haven't, read it pronto. Classified as in pre-production by IMDB). Believed to have rowed out into New York Harbor, weights attached to his feet and dropped overboard.

One of my favorite books, didn't know a movie was in the works. Hope they can capture it well.
The movie is being made Robinson Devor, who did the great, awful documentary Zoo. Exciting stuff! I'm interested in seeing how he'll tackle this one.
