Here's Freeman's recipe:
2 ounces Polish potato vodka
2 ounces tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon caperberry brine, from the jar (see Note)
2 pinches celery salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon freshly grated or prepared horseradish Ice
2 to 3 caperberries.via The Moment
Being somewhat of an avid cyclist, I've been real keen on Freeman Transport for some time. But not until I got an email from co-founder Ben Ferencz did I realize that I'd never posted on them. Remedied.
I openly cite Michael's ACL as an enormous influence in beginning Secret Forts. So when he contacted me about a little project he had cooking, I was in without having to hear too much in the way of details. This is how it turned out. A few weeks ago, I remembered to check the mail at my studio, and there, in the inbox, was an actual letter. Hand written, addressed and mailed. It was a pleasant surprise, both the card and the fact that this particular person had actually taken the time to do what we all did before there were iPhones and email.
